Hello! I’m Holly, but most people call me Holz. I joined Light because I believed the funeral industry needed a shake-up. After years of seeing how families could be pressured or upsold during one of the hardest times in their lives, I was drawn to the simpler, more genuine alternative of Light - one that puts people first, not products

For me, being part of a small team that truly cares is everything. I find meaning in helping families through loss with honesty, empathy, and no unnecessary fuss. It’s work that feels real and honestly I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Before joining Light, I spent 16 years running my own business creating keepsakes for bereaved families. That experience shaped the way I support Light customers and families today. In my personal time, you’ll find me walking my cavoodles, at the gym, making keepsakes, or spending time with my two gorgeous boys.
