Kelly Monisse

Hey there, I’m Kelly! I came to Light with a background in performing arts and a big heart for helping people. Before joining the team, I spent four years as a puppeteer for a children’s cancer charity, using storytelling to bring comfort and connection to families doing it tough.

I was looking for a new challenge but didn’t want to lose the heart-led nature of my work. That’s what drew me to Light. I simply loved the honest, straightforward approach to end-of-life care with no fluff, no upsell. It’s just real support when it matters most, which is what I’m all about.

As an End of Life Concierge, I help families through the practical steps of arranging a cremation, making things as clear and stress-free as possible. For me, it’s a quiet kind of storytelling - listening, guiding, and helping people say goodbye in their own way.

When I’m not working, I’m enjoying the outdoors with my partner and our chaos-loving dog, Harley. On weekends, you’ll find me learning to surf (badly… but I’m giving it a crack).
